At The Collegian, we offer All Summer Leases from 6/21/2025 to 9/14/2025. Earlier start dates and later end dates are sometimes available if requested.
Residents can also choose to Lease with us in the Summer for as little as 4 weeks. Those 4-week rates are listed below with prorating available for stays between 4 and 8 weeks.
Shorter-Term options with additional furnishings, King Bed, towels, linens, etc., can be found by visiting collegianrooms.com.
