Academic Achievement Scholarships

During the Academic Year (AY) Fall, Winter, Spring Quarters, providing a Resident is in compliance with all other terms of her/his Lease, the Resident can qualify each Quarter for an Academic Achievement Scholarship of 5% of his/her quarterly room rent, if within 1 month of start of the Quarter for which rent will be discounted providing:

 •  an incoming UO or LCC Freshman certifies a cumulative high school GPA of 3.35 or higher, or

•  an incoming UO or LCC Sophomore or above certifies a GPA of 3.25 or higher for the immediately preceding quarter in which s(he) was a full time college student (minimum study load of 12 credits)

 The Scholarship will be sent to a Qualifying Resident's Co-Signer.

Approximately 30% of the students living at The Collegian submitted their transcripts from Fall Term 2019 and received a 5% Academic Achievement Scholarship for it! Congratulations students!

Study Night Awards

Our Resident Manager and Resident Assistants host regular study nights each term.  At the end of each term, those students who attend the majority of study nights are awarded with a gift card.  Just our way of helping to reinforce good study habits here at The Collegian.
