Payment Options
Option 1: 9-Month Academic Year - 3 Payments
Rent for the first term is due at move-in. Invoices will be sent to co-signers for each rent payment. To avoid late fees, payments must be received by a manager at The Collegian, put in the drop box outside the office door, or postmarked on or before the following dates:
Lease dates: September 25, 2008 to June 14, 2009
Payment due dates:
- September 25, 2008 (or move-in day)
- January 4, 2009
- March 30, 2009
Rent payments may be made by check, money order, certified or cashier’s check.
Option 2: 9-Month Academic Year – Single Rent Payment
Rent for the entire Academic Year may be paid in full at move-in with a 2% discount.
Lease dates: September 25, 2008 to June 14, 2009
Payment date:
- September 25, 2008 (or move-in day)
